I made some adjustments. I could not find the two sauces in my store so I bought a Thai Peanut Sauce. I sprinkled the Pork with pepper and garlic powder. I also flipped over the meat one more time, added the peanut sauce and let that cook for 4 more minutes. That way the flavor saturated the meat and veggies (instead of pouring the sauce over after after the meat and veggies were removed from the heat). It was great and I am making it again tonight!
