Like mini bites of Red Velvet Cake, these rich and delicious treats are made from cream cheese and crushed Golden Oreo Cookies and dipped in melted chocolate.

What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

  Golden Chocolate Creme OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
1/2
tsp. red food coloring

pkg. (8 squares each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Tbsp. red sprinkles

Make It

MIX cream cheese, cookie crumbs and food coloring until well blended.

SHAPE into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Top with sprinkles.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm.

How to Easily Dip the Cookie Balls
To easily coat cookie balls with the melted chocolate, add balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Use 2 forks to roll cookie balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl. Place cookie balls on prepared baking sheet; let stand until firm.

Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
